Analyst

Job Description

We are looking to add a data analyst to our team. You will be in charge of managing our master data set, creating reports, and troubleshooting data issues. You must have a keen eye for detail, previous experience as a data analyst, and a thorough understanding of the most popular data analysis tools and databases.

SKILLS:

• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of one or more key information service standards such as SDLC, ITIL, QA/testing, Project Management, Six Sigma, etc.
• Strong PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.

REQUIRED

• Experience in SQL, Phyton
• Experience in Modelling - Tableau, Power BI (Preferred)
• Should have experience in working in the Partner/ Distribution Channel space. Should understand the data associated with Channel Partners
• Gather business scenarios and provide Recommendations to address gaps in existing systems/applications.
• Capture and analyse the impact of changes.
• Conduct Data Profiling and Data Modelling ( AS-IS and TO-BE analysis) and identify the gaps/opportunities (Process, Policy, Persona , Data and Platform)
• Build prototype modelling on PowerBI
• Working with team members or stakeholders to understand objectives and gather requirements
• Experience as Data Analyst in Data migration projects
• Very good in writing SQLs and understanding existing complex SQLs
• Engaging in problem solving and actively supporting data engineering / analytics processes
• Contributing towards documentation (e.g. of data, proposals) to enhance overall work output
• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams: infrastructure, network, database.
• Drive customer communication during critical events and participate/lead various operational improvement initiatives.

PREFERRED

• Data Analyst who can help with data and presentation work across strategy
• Expert in most important technology MS Excel or Google Sheets (functions, pivot, data analysis)
• Knowledge of Tableau

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
