Responsible for the design, development and deployment of multi-dimensional reports using the Cognos Business Intelligence solution.
Create and perform tests on various business enterprises and prepare reports to track development.
Coordinate with data architecture and modeling team to design databases and prepare reports for same.
Extensive knowledge of Cognos BI suite
Experience working with data and data warehousing business solutions
Thorough understanding of Cognos Framework Manager, Reporting and Dashboard
Knowledge of Data warehousing concepts
Knowledge of ETL concepts
Familiarity with SQL and PLSQL
Ability to perform data discovery and quality analysis
Experience with AWS
Experience with Agile methodologies and processes
Demonstrable experience in troubleshooting
Experience with administration, deployment and security setups within Cognos .
Strong experience in creating Framework models with different layers.
Strong experience with Report development.
Experience creating Dashboards in Cognos Analytics.
Experience and Proficiency in writing Oracle SQL queries.
Experience with Cognos report performance tuning.
Experienced data visualization tool user and skilled at using technical tools to make sense of data and how it can be meaningful.
Partner seamlessly with stakeholder groups to gather business requirements, source appropriate data and translate data into relevant insights for end-users.

Experience with Power BI, DAX, T-SQL, MDX, SAP ECC/HANA, and Alteryx experience is a plus.
Experience with security models RLS, OLS, and landing page obfuscation.
Experience with developing predictive analytics, and reporting automation.
